Small lightweight rockers, an upside-down-shock-mount, less unsprung weight, high quality bearings and the use of high load needle bearings in many pivots make for a highly responsive layout. The X is lighter than the M and a faster climber. Still the X is extremely planted.

rider weight
We recommend a maximum rider weight of 100 kg, including clothing, backpack, accessories, etc. to take full advantage of the potential and adjustability of the suspension. Heavier riders may experience an increased sag percentage.
The X9 is long and slack for a trail bike and designed for one purpose only. To make your ride smoother, faster and with more control. Both during a technical climb and riding downhill full speed.
A steep seatpost angle allows you to climb comfortably, keeping weight on the front wheel.
The long reach allows you to feel planted ‘in’ rather than ‘on top’ of your bike.
The slack head tube angle, combined with a short fork offset and stem gives you great stability and confidence yet still gets you through a tight switchback.
