We are keen to deliver you great quality. Please contact us if something is not quite right.


If something is not right, we would like to hear from you. You can always call us at +31 20 820 2212 to discuss the situation. We will investigate and resolve the issue so you can go shredding trails again.


We grant an extended guarantee of 5 years as from the date of purchase. Valid for the buyer who purchased the product as well as next of kin. We will repair or replace any frame or component that is determined to be defective.


You can make a warranty claim in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty. To do so, please fill out our guarantee form.

crash replacement

Our bikes are pretty sturdy and are equipped with a blocklock head tube bearing. In an incident this prevents, or greatly reduces, the impact of the handlebar against the top tube.


If you were to have a big crash or your frame gets damaged in an event not covered under warranty (e.g. transport) we have a crash replacement scheme.


We will make replacement parts available for you and paint and replace them if needed, at a reduced price.

We will send you return information after we have received your email, so you can send the item back to us.


Please be advised that under our general terms and conditions custom build products may not be returned. If you did want to return an assembled bike or frameset; we tend to be flexible and see if we can take it back. Because our bikes are custom build – we will deduct incurred costs (custom assembly, inspection, wear, etc.) from a possible refund.
