made in Europe
Our bikes are premium and high-performance. The components we use are top quality. We test our mountain bikes in enduro races and natural trails in the Alps and Croatia.
durable
Our bikes are expensive, we know. But there are some good reasons for that.
First of all we offer outstanding ride quality, patented suspension technology and bikes with unique design. Hand-made and to some extend configurable. When buying an Instinctiv, you truly have an exclusive bike and are part of a small community.
We work with high-end components, as we believe they define the ride and quality of a good bike. Components that are durable and of high quality, like Swiss made Maxon drive units, DT Swiss wheels, Fox suspension components, Magura brakes or Pinion gearboxes. They will last a lifetime, as goes for our full carbon frames.
We test our bikes to their limits by our test riders in different countries and by participating in enduro races to be sure that every component performs well.
And we add most value to the bikes in Europe, with mostly European components and production steps.
no model years
It is quite normal in the bike industry to use model years. We do not do that. Our bikes keep their value, does not matter if they are build in 2025 or 2024.
We innovate all the time. Any new upgrades will be available as parts, mostly with backwards compatibility. This helps to keep your bike up to the latest standard if you would want that.
made in Europe
Most of our production steps are done in Europe, we actually add about 65 percent of the production value in Europe. Many high-end components that we use on our bikes are made in Europe as well.
We build our bikes completely in-house with our own people. Only the raw carbon parts come from a premium carbon frame manufacturer in Asia.
We check the quality of all parts in-house, have the coating done in Europe and also do the full assembly our frames in house with our own quality system.
recycling
If your frame got damaged beyond repair, we can help you with a crash replacement and recycle your frame in a proper way. In that way the carbon from your frame can be re-used in other products, like high quality public transport seats or even bike frames.
