how to make a purchase
It is easy and secure to order a new bike or parts online. And we ship to many destinations. Just select the items you want, configure them and order online.
register
If you like to purchase a bike or parts online, you will have to register on our website. You can do that while placing an order or you can first register.
Click on the account icon which you find on top right of your screen if you like to register before buying. Fill out the fields and click ‘register’. Now an email confirming your registration will be sent to the address given in the previous step. You must click on the link in that email message to activate your registration.

Once you have chosen a bike in the size, color and configuration you like or some parts that you would like, click on “add to cart”. After adding items to the cart you can go directly to the checkout or modify the items in the cart.
If you have a promotion code you can enter it in the cart page. When you are satisfied with the items in the cart click on “proceed to checkout”.
At the checkout, follow the step-by-step instructions and provide the information requested. Those fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory. If you are registered but have not logged in, click on “log in” and some fields will auto-complete. If you are not already registered you will be asked to provide a personal password, which you must then use to access your account once the order is placed.
In the next step, you must indicate the delivery point. You can choose to pick up your order in Amsterdam or have it send to your home address.
The final step is payment. We offer payments by bank transfer in your own online banking environment or secure credit card payments with our payment provider Mollie.
lead times
After you placed your order online and payment came in, we will start building your bike. It all starts with picking the raw carbon frame parts and have them coated in the color you ordered. When this is done, we will assemble the bearings, rockers and pivots into the carbon parts, so we get a complete bike frame.
When the frame is ready, we will start assembly of your wheel sets, drivetrain, brakes, cockpit, suspension parts and all other small parts until there is a complete bike.
Once the bike is ready, we will adjust everything, do a quality check and test ride to see if all is completely right. And then the bike will be partly disassembled and packed, so we can ship out the bike to you.
The normal lead time for a complete bike is about 7 – 9 weeks, counted from the moment your payment came in.
tax and import
The prices you see on the website are including the VAT tax for your country. Please check the image of the flag on top and in the menu to make sure you are seeing pricing for the right country. If not, then select your country by clicking on the flag.
If you live outside the European Union, you do not need to pay VAT to us but only when you receive your bike.
The import process of your bike is fully handled by the express shipping companies we use. Once your bike arrived in your country, they will contact you to arrange the import and will ask you to pay to them your local VAT tax and duties.
shipping box
For shipping of our bikes we developed a special sturdy carton box. The bike is shipped in this box almost completely assembled and well protected. As soon as the bike arrives, you just need to install the wheels, handlebar and pedals, and you are ready for the trails.
smart.shift
If you live outside of mainland Europe, we will need to send you the Smart.Shift battery separately. This is due to transport and insurance issues we face if the battery is assembled into the frame.
As soon as you receive the bike, you can dismount the Pinion gearbox, connect and insert the battery in the frame and mount the Pinion back on. We will give you instructions and support.
insurance
All our bike boxes are insured during the transit period. When you receive your bike, frame or bike parts, please examine the package immediately for any damages.
If there should be damage then please notify us within 24 hours, so that we can inform the insurance company.
