Your bike is unique and personal. We understand that. You want your bike in a great color, with components you love, tuned to fit you perfectly. Our team is ready to help you create your dream.
select your bike
The first step is to select the bike you like and go through all the information and specifications. Let us know if something is not clear, we are happy to help.
Once you made up your mind, you can go to the configurator, select the right size, a standard or custom color and components and click on ‘see your offer’. You will now see pricing for your bike, including taxes and shipping costs.
custom components
Almost everything is possible. If you like some specific components on your bike, like wheels, shocks, handlebars, tires, or anything else, just let us know, we will help you and make it happen.
You can first place your order and then ask us to review the order and make modifications with the components you want. You can also ask us to create an account for you and put an order together with your dream bike.
custom color
You can have your bike in any color you want. The decals will be always in black, so that is something to take into account.
When configuring your bike, you choose “custom color” and after you placed your order we will discuss with your which color you would like. We work with the NCS color system and will ask you to select your color with an NCS code. Working with a custom color is at your own risk and colors may deviate from what you expected.

There are two ways of doing this. You can select and configure a bike yourself and place an order. After you placed your order, you can ask us to review and modify if you want to customize something.
If you like, you can also contact us with your wishes and then we can create an account and order for you, which you can then review and modify.
Once all is in place and according to your wishes, we will create an invoice for you with your configuration and modifications. If all is good, you can make the payment and from that moment the order is confirmed and production of your bespoke mountain bike will start.

delivery times
After you placed your order online and payment came in, we will start building your bike. It all starts with picking the raw carbon frame parts and have them coated in the color you ordered. When this is done, we will assemble the rockers and pivots into the carbon parts, so we get a complete bike frame.
When the frame is ready, we will start assembly of your wheel sets, drivetrain, brakes, cockpit, suspension parts and all other small parts until there is a complete bike.
Once the bike is ready, we will adjust everything, do a quality check and test ride to see if all is completely right. And then the bike will be partly disassembled and packed, so we can ship out the bike to you.
The normal lead time for a complete bike is about 7 – 9 weeks, counted from the moment your payment came in.
tax and import
The prices you see on the website are including the VAT tax for your country. To be absolutely sure you see the right VAT tax amount for your country, you can create an account and log in during shopping.
If you live outside the European Union, you do not need to pay VAT to us but only when you receive your bike.
The import process of your bike is fully handled by the express shipping companies we use. Once your bike arrived in your country, they will contact you to arrange the import and will ask you to pay to them your local VAT tax and duties.
shipping box
For shipping of our bikes we developed a special sturdy carton box. The bike is shipped in this box almost completely assembled and well protected. As soon as the bike arrives, you just need to install the wheels, handlebar and pedals, and you are ready for the trails.
smart.shift
If you live outside of mainland Europe, we will need to send you the Smart.Shift battery separately. This is due to transport and insurance issues we face if the battery is assembled into the frame.
As soon as you receive the bike, you can dismount the Pinion gearbox, connect and insert the battery in the frame and mount the Pinion back on. We will give you instructions and support.
insurance
All our bike boxes are insured during the transit period. When you receive your bike, frame or bike parts, please examine the package immediately for any damages.
If there should be damage then please notify us within 24 hours, so that we can inform the insurance company.
